Thoughtfully-designed cottage garden guest suite

Welcome to Rose Arbour, a beautifully furnished and spacious guest suite with Molton Brown accessories. It is set within the garden of our 16th century cottage We strive to ensure guests have a relaxed, yet special, stay. On request , One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay with you, for an extra £15 per night payable to Claire during your stay *Please note*: we are lucky to be in a secluded countryside spot, so advise guests travel by car. (No public transport is available). The space Rose Arbour is a generously sized suite, with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. There’s a large bath and rainwater shower (with good water pressure!). A Smeg kettle, Nespresso machine and fresh milk are available in the room, and there are plenty of great pubs and cafes locally for meals. Secure, free parking is available in our gated driveway. *More details on amenities/finishing touches can be found in the photo captions* Guest access Guests will have full, private, access to the Rose Arbour suite and its terrace (accessed via the room’s French doors). Guests are also welcome to explore the main garden, although this will be shared with our family and pets (2 small dogs). Other things to note There is a large circular drive in our property and plenty of safe parking It is very rural , tranquil and yet within close proximity to Basingstoke and local attractions. Benefits from no road noise which is such a treat ... The Street Bake Shop is an artisan bakery and coffee shop in Old Basing (3 miles from Tunworth). They make and serve hand crafted sourdough bread, pastries, sausage rolls and hot smoked meat sandwiches. Two outstanding pubs are within 5 to 10 minutes drive The Hoddington Arms , Upton Grey , 1.7 miles to walk each way The Gamekeepers in Mapledurwell our adjoining village 2.8 miles is a cosy pub which has quality daily menu serving local game with Phil the landlord passionate about the food and wine Odiham an historic Georgian Village situated 12 minutes by car has a variety of wonderful eateries with a Gastro Pub, The Bel and Dragon.
