EVANTHIA'S HOUSE

The house is located in the green village of Katakilo with the small stream and the nice taverns. It is an old stone-built house reconstructed with special decoration and a lot of care. It is surrounded by pomegranate and orange trees with a large courtyard with vines and roses. Here the visitor will enjoy only moments of detoxification, relaxation, serenity, tranquility and quality sleep away from the noise and the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life. The space The house is located within an estate, which you can tour and which has many organic trees from which you can taste the seasonal fruits (figs, peaches, pears, blackberries, olive trees, vines, pomegranates), as well as there is a person who cultivates it and so there are seasonal organic vegetables. The house has a parking space. Guest access The accommodation space consists of a spacious bedroom with very good sound insulation. The living room is spacious and is separated from the kitchen by a pass,also has a sofa bed as well as the possibility of an extra bed for hosting four people. Outside there is a large courtyard with vines that offers natural coolness as well as a stone-built traditional oven. The house is only 5 km (10 minutes by car) from the most touristic part of the island, with the organized beach, Batsi, so the visitor can combine nature with the sea.
