Romantic stone-built house at picturesque Limni

This traditional stone house is ideal for hosting up to 4 people. In the heart of a beautiful village called Limni Evias, just a few meters from the beach, the house was built in 1884 and was the first patisserie in the area. It was fully renovated recently, respecting the traditional architectural style of the place and taking into consideration the needs of our visitors. The space The traditional house on the ground floor is on a paved street in Limni and has a patio with a yard, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Cross the door of the house and you will first see the landscaped, planted patio. One part of it is paved with tiles and features a dining table that sits 4. We suggest that you enjoy your breakfast in the cool courtyard in the company of the swallows that visit us every year. Our small living room is united with the kitchen. The sofa opens up into a double bed. You will also find a wooden, traditional sitting area, TV, wireless internet router, and a glass showcase with traditional glass and bronze items, which is not accessible (it is locked). The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare every meal (fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, electric stove and oven, pots, dishes, cutlery) and you can also find a comfortable dining table that sits four. Also, a part of the old marble sink that was being used when the house was a patisserie, is preserved. The bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table and a closet for the storage of clothes and things. The bathroom has a shower and towels. A washing machine is at your disposal. Shampoo, bubble bath and soap are also available. Guest access Our guests have access to all areas of the apartment and the patio, except for the glass showcase of the living room, which remains locked. You will also find: - Wifi - TV - Sofa-bed - Double bed - Fully equipped kitchen - Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying loft and clothespins Upon consultation, the venue may be rented for hosting of events. Other things to note Do not use bleach, lemon or any kind of acid on the marble sink. Smoking is not allowed in all areas of the house. Tap water is not drinkable. Visitors should let us know about their plans in time so as to organize their welcoming Do not leave the boiler turned on for more than 30 minutes. Please make sure that you have turned off the boiler before taking a shower. Please do not throw papers or other objects in the toilet. Respect the neighbors and the quiet hours. No pets allowed. The bicycles are available for use by our visitors under their own responsibility. We do not take responsibility in the event of injury or accident. Do not play ball games on the patio.
