Up to 4 persons can spend a great time in Lindau with balcony, access to the community garden as well as Lindau city bus in front of the door. In the living room there is a new kitchenette including oven and dishwasher. There is also a comfortable dining table with bench and two chairs. The comfortable sofa can also serve as a pull-out sofa bed if required. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The newly renovated bathroom with window has a shower, toilet and washbasin. On the balcony garden furniture is available and invites you to relax with a view over vineyards.The city bus is 50 m away and takes you directly to Lindau Island - even in the evening! Our holiday apartment (we call it Red Apartment :)) was completely renovated in 2020 . so new insulation, new bathroom, new furniture, new kitchen, etc. As a special 'delicacy' the room was partially opened up to the top of the roof so that the room is nice and high. Beautiful old beams adorn these high ceilings and provide an extremely cosy and yet modern living feeling. :) The quiet location on the outskirts of town guarantees pure relaxation on the beautiful balcony and invites you to unwind. You can also use the communal garden with the adjacent brook and sunbathing facilities. For relaxation there are sun beds in the garden. You can park your car free of charge in front of the house. Please understand that pets are not allowed in our holiday home. Furthermore, the holiday home is a non-smoking house. ------------------ Spend an incomparably relaxing holiday with numerous activities and excursions at Lindau on the Lake Constance and feel at home in our apartments. The house Angela offers three lovingly furnished apartments in a quiet, idyllic location. The city bus line 2 brings you every 30 minutes on the Lindau island (even in the evening) - the best: the bus stop is only 50m away from your apartment. The city bus is included in the tourist tax and can be used free of charge with the Echt Bodenseecard included in the tourist tax. Lake Constance is only 8-10 minutes drive away and invites you to take a bath or go for long walks. Lindau is located in the border triangle Germany, Austria and Switzerland and is thus in close proximity to Lake Constance but also the Alps. From your holiday home there are beautiful cycling and hiking trails in the surrounding area. The apartments are idyllically located but with good accessibility and offer you from the connected green area a wide view over a stream and nature reserve Guest access Access to the communal garden with sunbathing area and creek. Other things to note For tourist trips there is a mandatory tourist tax, which is levied by the city of Lindau - this is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately after booking via Paypal or Airbnb extra payment. The tourist tax is paid to the city of Lindau - in return you will receive the guest card. With the tourist tax you receive the ECHT Bodenseecard with which you can use bus and train in the bodo area for free and get discounts at >185 attractions. High season (April 1 - October 31): Adults 3,30 EUR/night, Children (6-15 years) 2,00 EUR/night, Infants <6 years are free. Low season (April 1 - October 31): Adults 2,20 EUR/night, children (6-15 years) 1,20 EUR/night, Infants <6 years are free. The standard price refers to an occupancy for 2 persons - for a third/fourth person an extra charge of 15 EUR/night is added.
