Classified as 3 Stars in 2021 Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Le Hibou has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining area & fully equipped kitchen, plenty of private space & a private terrace. In total – 110 square metres (approx 1200 square feet). This Gite is huge & has plenty of space for additional beds if required,please ask. The space Each gite has its own private garden, with ‘Outback’ gas BBQ, dining area & garden furniture – however guests are welcome to explore the whole grounds, including the woods. The 6 Gites are purpose-built and restored using traditional materials. The accommodation is situated within a private courtyard, with a separate parking area. The large swimming pool comprises a paddling pool (25msq) with a depth of 40cm waterfalling into a large pool (75msq) with a shallow end of 1m and a deep end of 2m. The pool is situated on the edge of the Adour valley with spectacular views of the mountains. The grounds include an ancient chapel, moat & woodlands to explore.The Gites are Child friendly, a cot, pram, carry cot, high chair & plenty of toys, puzzles and games are all available on request. A television, and satellite TV, with English Freeview channels are available in all gites. A selection of both English & French DVD’s & Video’s are also available on request. Internet access is also available to customers. WiFi connection is available on the Veranda. Table Tennis, Badminton plus mini bar games – pool, air hockey & table football are available to kids of all ages! Tennis Courts, both indoor & ourdoor are also available to visitors with us. Laundry is provided, at no extra charge. Pets welcome – by arrangement. A deposit for breakages is required, and is fully refunded, providing the Gite & all properties are returned in the same condition as provided. Gites should be returned clean & tidy, with all furniture back in its original position! The fridge, cooker, microwave & BBQ and bathrooms must thoroughly cleaned. All floors should be swept & mopped prior to departure. A surcharge, of 100€ per Gite, will be taken out of the deposit; to cover our costs of cleaning; should the Gite NOT be returned in the same clean condition. An optional cost; by pre-arrangement; for us to clean on your departure is available at 75€. Other things to note For 2022 during the covid pandemic please note 4 holiday locations share the pool The pool will be cleaned with chlorine, not salt this year Alcohol washes/gels are positioned at the gates and steps of the pool and in the play area The pool is 12m/6m, the paddling pool is 5m/5m, the pool terrace is 180m2 We have created private spaces in the fields around the pool, for each of the gites, with shelter and pool furniture to help tou observe social distancing guidance.
