Set amongst acres of rolling countryside, The Buttery is open plan with a mezzanine bedroom and spacious double height sitting / dining area. It has its own private outdoor terrace and dining area with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The Buttery can be let independently or with the adjoining Parlour and Dairy to accommodate up to 12 guests. The combination of all three properties is known as Lodge Farm. This flexibility makes it both a perfect couple's getaway and an ideal family property offering private space separated by interconnecting, sound-proofed, double doors. Guests also have access to the owner's delightful Shepherd's Hut situated by a picturesque pond – perfect for picnics, swimming for the brave or just unwinding.There's a communal games room, utility room and guests are welcome to use the tennis court. There are two EV chargers available on-site for a small additional charge of £30. You may even wish to book a massage therapist in the Shepherd's Hut for a real treat! This peaceful farm is on a private track just four miles from Ipswich. It's less than a ten-minute drive or one hour walk to The Suffolk Food Hall which offers a whole range of local produce including a fantastic butchers, local fruits and vegetables, handmade chocolates, bakery, local wines and beers, and café.
