Our thatched holiday villa in Central Limburg offers everything for a wonderful vacation. A free location on the edge of a park, adjacent to the forest. The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living room with French doors to the veranda and an open kitchen, a hall with toilet and the stairs to the top floor, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and a Finnish sauna. The space Our beautiful thatched holiday farm in beautiful Central Limburg, just 10 km from the beautiful city of Roermond, is full of comforts, and for you here is the chance for a wonderful week, weekend or midweek in beautiful Limburg. A beautiful villa in Limburg style with a thatched roof. The house is completely detached and is located on the outskirts of the park Buitenhof de Leistert in Roggel on a plot of 425 m2, and the garden borders a beautiful protected nature reserve (dassenburcht) with a large forest behind it. So a beautiful view and a lot of privacy! The home features: - a stylish, luxurious and complete decor, so that you can spend your vacation in a pleasant ambiance; - a kitchen with Bosch appliances, such as a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave and many extras; - a bathroom, with a luxury sink, a toilet, a designer radiator and a whirlpool bath; - a luxurious Finnish sauna (so no infrared) for 6 people; - luxury box spring beds with top deck mattresses; - An extra TV in the master bedroom; - a Playstation 4 game console with various games; - Wireless WiFi (please note that when streaming with several devices at the same time, we recommend that you buy a WiFi card at the reception of the Leistert, otherwise the WiFi is sufficient); - A SmartTV and board games; - a children's package, such as a foldable baby cot with extra mattress (and a blanket and mosquito net), high chair, socket protectors and children's DVDs; - a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board; - a private parking space on the premises; - a safety package, such as smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector; - a lot of extra equipment, such as a Senseo coffee machine, a regular coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and of course plenty of dishes and cutlery; - A handcart; - a small outdoor kitchen with cupboard space (without equipment); - a fenced garden with veranda, terraces and ample garden furniture with at least a luxury wicker lounge set and a luxury wicker dining table with 6 chairs, all with lovely cushions; - a clear information folder and a folder, so that you can find your way around the house and be well prepared to go out in the area; - and much more to enjoy! Guest access The whole house and garden are at your disposal. Other things to note Bedding and towels are NOT included, as we want to offer our guests the choice to bring or have them take care of it ourselves. You can bring it yourself or we can take care of it for you. The cost of bed linen is €12.50 per person and the cost of towels is €7 per person. You should always bring your own kitchen linen. We have WiFi in the house ourselves. It works fine with normal use. If you want to stream a lot with various devices at the same time, you can also buy an internet card at the reception at your own expense. For the subtropical swimming paradise and the outdoor pool, you can book tickets through us (we will take care of the costs) and then they will be ready for you at the reception. We would therefore like to hear from you in advance for how many people you would like tickets. The (indoor) playground and the park facilities are also freely accessible.
