Rental unit in Kraichtal

Our house, which I live in with my family, is located in the Kraichtal hills in the middle of the nature reserve. In the morning after getting up, you can enjoy the morning sun and the birdsong on the terrace with your coffee. Since I have been running a children's riding business for many years, I can offer riding holidays or playful riding for those interested. You can easily find our online presence under Reitbetrieb Marz. The space A newly renovated apartment awaits you. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, the sleeping and living area has been merged so that you can enjoy the green landscape from the bed. A large double bed 180 cm and a comfortable sofa bed 140 cm await you here. The apartment has privacy blinds, but cannot be completely darkened. Guest access You enter the apartment via an extensive wooden terrace through a sliding glass door. The entire place is for our guests only. Only our laundry room, where the washing machine and dryer can be found, is shared. Other things to note Dogs are welcome here. For our four-legged friends, we allow ourselves to charge a fee of 10 euros per dog per night. This fee is to be paid at check-in (however, dogs are not allowed on the bed or on the sofa). !! We are currently trying to heat the apartment so that the room is normally warm. Therefore, only open doors to ventilate and otherwise keep them closed. Unfortunately, reheating is not possible. Garbage / You can only dispose of household garbage. If this is too much, you will have to take it with you or pay garbage disposal fees. For longer bookings, the apartment will always be cleaned and linen changed after 7 days. For this we charge a cleaning fee of €40 which is payable at check-out. No smoking inside the house, but we have ashtrays outside. For a harmonious time together, we expect our guests to be considerate of the rest of the residents of the house.
