4 bedroom homely nest in Robin Hood country

Full use of my lovely modern home, with 4 bedrooms (3 double, 1 single), en-suite and newly refurbished family bathroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet and garden. It is a lived in house; therefore, it is like staying at a friend's whilst they are on holiday. It is not a luxury lodge. It's within 15-20 mins drive from Mansfield and Worksop. Chesterfield, Sheffield and Nottingham less than an hour. Sherwood Forest is less than 10 mins drive, with lots of nice walks in the vicinity. The space Towels and toiletries are provided, and please help yourself to a hot drink downstairs. I'm happy to help you out with other things you might need, or may have forgotten so please do just ask. My home is very relaxed, it's not a hotel, but that's what I and my guests enjoy about it. I offer a clean space but my stuff is around. I am a busy person but rest assured the house will always be clean, tidy and ready for you! I am easily available by message and can be back in less than 10 mins if there are any problems if we are not away on holiday. It is a strictly no-smoking property (including all outside areas). Smoking is taken very seriously as not only a fire risk but also there are family members with respiratory difficulties who will not be able to access the property if there is smoke odour. Any smoking will incur a penalty fee of £500 and guests will be asked to vacate immediately. The property is not suitable for infants and children as it is a lived in property and not child proofed. If booked with children, the booker will be liable for any incidents involving children. Guest access Guests have access to all bedroom, bathrooms, lounge, kitchen diner, utility room (including toilet) and garden. Guests may have use of off street parking space. There is no access to the garage. Other things to note In the winter months heating and hot water is set to come on twice a day. If guests require more a surcharge may apply. The washing machine is charged at £3.50 per load. Early check in and late check out may be arranged by prior approval. There is an extra charge of £10. Please note 18.6% of the total price paid is retained by AirBnB, based on current AirBnB service fees
