Jackson River Overlook

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quiet and private. We have a large deck with three outdoor tables with umbrellas for your use. There is a Blackstone grill and a Traeger grill/smoker available for your use. There is a screened in porch off the master bedroom that is also accessible from the large deck. Then we have the River deck that overlooks the Jackson River. Enjoy the outdoor table or just sitting. The space Available parking in front, the side and carport. There is a second carport that will have a vehicle stored along with lawn mower. There is firewood for the indoor insert/fireplace under this second carport and firewood for the outdoor fire pit stacked outside the carport near the firepit. The basement is a small apartment that owners use when house is not rented. This area is locked. Inside stair case to the basement has a child/pet security gate that does not lock. Guest access Guest have access to the first level (except for two hall closets) and the garage. The garage has extra dining tables and a TV for guest use. There is no Air/Heat in the garage. The garage can be used for entry/exit from the house. Other things to note The house sits on a cliff overlooking the Jackson River. There is a pond near the property located on the adjoining golf course. The Jackson River Scenic Trail is within walking/biking distance. Going by the Cliffview Golf Course, a trail takes you over the closed Smith Bridge to the Scenic Trail. Cliffview Golf Course is 0.3 miles away. The house sits next to the 3rd green and the 4th tee box. Alleghany Outdoors, a Canoe, Kayak and bike rental service is 3.3 miles away.
