We live in one of the best villages in the Test Valley. Amport has a great pub and village green with playpark, church, riding stables, beautiful countryside walks all within walking distance from our home. The Hawk Conservancy, Lains shooting school and Thruxton racecourse are 5 minutes away. Stockbridge with all it's shops, galleries, restaurants is a 20 minute drive. Winchester, Salisbury, Stonehenge are all within a 30 minute drive for you to explore…or just relax at the house. The space The house is arranged over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor both with ensuite bathrooms and one with french doors to the garden. A superb scandi open plan kitchen/dining area with all the kitchen utensils you need which leads into a sitting room with log burner. Bifold doors opening out to a large terrace area with outside seating and a large garden with beautiful views. BBQ. Separate Office. Drawing room with log burner. Guest loo. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs we have 1 twin ensuite bedroom and 1 double ensuite bedroom. Sky TV and Sky Q. Wifi thoughout house. Plenty of parking space.
