Enjoy the quietness of this cozy newly renovated cottage in a scenic area with both sea and forest nearby. The cottage has a bedroom with 2 beds, toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen/living room with sofa bed for 1-2 people and TV with the most common TV channels. Balcony to the west with wonderful evening sun. Garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The nearest swimming area is 10-20 minutes by car, or 30 minutes on foot. Distance to the main town of Skärhamn is 9 km and about 65 km to Gothenburg. The space The cottage is a detached building on the same property as we live. The cottage has a bathroom with toilet and shower, a bedroom with double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. In the room, there is a dining table and a sofa/sofa bed for 2 people. The house is shielded from view and there is a large lawn and forest next to the cottage. Go up the mountain and sit on the bench and admire the beautiful sea view and enjoy a nice sunset. Guest access We live in a house nearby if there are any questions. Parking is available on the property.
