Located in the desirable East Hill area, our Modern Bungalow offers a quiet, comfortable home base for extended stays. Walk to nearby parks or local cafés, and reach Downtown or the airport in just 5–15 minutes. Whether you're here for work or a long-term visit, you’ll appreciate the convenience, calm, and easy access to everything Pensacola offers ☀️🏖️ The space Our Modern Bungalow is an open concept home, located in a wonderful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing with great natural light. Please see our pictures for the open living, dining, kitchen space and pool. Most necessities are provided to make a short or extended stay very enjoyable. Guest access Guests will have a private access code to enter the home (keyless entry). There is a private guest bedroom and bathroom adjacent to each other. Queen sized mattress with sheets, pillows and blankets—working desk is available as well. Necessities, such as face & body towels, hairdryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and hair products are available. Guests have access to the entire house except master bedroom and bathroom. During your stay Currently we stay busy with work filling our schedules and are traveling to do so. When we are away, our co-host may be at the property to check in on mail and making sure amenities (yard, pool, cleaning) is being done properly for an exceptional stay. We will give you a heads up if/when she comes by. In any case, we are always available for questions or concerns. Please text or call if needed. We also have a cleaner that comes once monthly and this usually takes about 2.5 hours. I am happy to coordinate this with your schedule. Other things to note Please Read the “House Notes” when you arrive. We took time to point out specifics about the house, keyless entry, and other things really pertinent to making a stay more efficient & enjoyable.
