Self contained and stylish annex in large village with four pubs/restaurants with lovely outside eating areas. Well equipped kitchen with washer dryer and lounge area with gas log burner. Outside space for sunny breakfasts/evening drinks. Walking distance mainline station (London 50 minutes) and rolling countryside. Short drive to wild or traditional seaside, zoo and historic sites. Owners live in adjacent house. Self check in via and keyless entry. The space This was originally the detached garage to our 1937 cottage- it retains the old beams and roof shapes ( with bedroom area with limited headroom as photos show) but has been updated to provide modern luxuries for a comfortable stay. We have picnic set too! Guest access The whole annex and the small patio to the front of the building. We often can also offer the whole of the sheltered rear garden with garden furniture. Please ask when booking. Other things to note The sofa bed quite firms so is more suitable for a child than an adult. The entry system is via electronic keypad and the annex features other modern devices like a smart tv and induction hob so it may not be suitable for those that are not comfortable with modern technology.
