The house is a three-level maisonette in a beautiful 2,5 acre area and can accommodate up to 10 people. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace and TV, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. The second level features three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom and the third level 1 (loft) - play room with TV, table, table chairs and a sofa bed. Two large balconies offer relaxing mountain views. The space The house has an area of 150 sq.m on three floors. The stylish interior decoration combines comfort and taste with gentle touches. Carefully selected furniture, large and comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, hair dryer, toaster and all the necessary kitchens to prepare your meals, TV, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and car park. During the cold winter days you can enjoy your book by the fireplace. The house is surrounded by a plot of 2.5 acres and is surrounded by gardens, greenery, flowers, lawn and trees. Large balconies overlooking the green. Natural stone and wood combined with green harmonize perfectly. The bright and airy interior is warm and charming. In the back yard of the house there is a built-in barbecue and a wooden dining room with armchairs for 12 people covered with an umbrella as well as chairs and other comfortable furniture and decorative items. In the front of the house there is a large terrace with pergola where it houses a living room with sofa armchairs coffee table where you ideally enjoy your morning coffee and your evening drink and right next to it there is a table with director chairs for your breakfast. Outdoors: There are courtyards with grass or stone and there you find a basket for young and old friends as well as bikes, racquets, balls and more. Linen and towels are provided. It is approachable by feet, there you will discover many local shops and cafes and have the pleasure of enjoying a walk in the nature. Our parking loat can fit many cars since the estate is sizable. Other things to note Please treat our home like it was your own. We ask you to turn off the lights & appliances if you are not home using them. We ask you to not through paper or other objects in the toilets. Lastly, we ask you to through away your garbage and check out the Villa leaving it at the same condition you found it.
