On the ground floor of the villa is the large newly built living room with WiFi, air conditioning, sofa area and dining area. A flexible window front on tracks along the entire length offers an unobstructed view of the sea and the surrounding greenery. In summer, the glass elements can be opened completely to ensure pleasant air circulation. A second flexible glass wall offers a view of the refreshing infinity water feature of the pool. The space The villa enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, unforgettable! The furniture of both the house and the garden/terrace has been completely renovated and is of great taste and quality. Next to the living room there is a new bathroom with shower. A few steps lead to the modern kitchen (dishwasher) with a dining counter, a second recently renovated bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and access to the outside. In the second living room, slightly raised, you can sit on the sofa and enjoy the fantastic view of the port and the peninsula of Capo Carbonara behind it. The upper floor offers space for two bedrooms with double beds (air conditioning), a new bathroom with shower and a sun terrace with a wonderful view of the pool and the sea of Sardinia. The pool is surrounded by a furnished sun terrace and large awnings offer pleasant shade. The washing machine is located behind the house in a separate room. Behind the villa there is also a small garden with ornamental flowers and some fruit trees. What an amazing location! Intermediate cleaning is mandatory for rentals of two weeks or more. We accept small pets upon request. We ask for electricity to be consumed separately. You can request the provision of bed linen and towels (€20 per person and change). Guest access Guests will use the entire house, only a small room under the kitchen has been closed. The pool is private, as are the garden and terraces. There are two parking spaces available to our guests.
