Welcome to our lake house, a first-class retreat. In a secluded location with only 8 private plots along the lake, our cottage is equipped with its own private lake access, a picturesque garden and a terrace with direct lake views. Therefore, this 3-bedroom vacation home with a kitchen-living room offers an ideal place for relaxing moments! The space Our newly renovated lakeside cottage combines the old with the new. Built in 1973, in a quiet location by a small lake, it offers everything you could ask for in a beautiful getaway. Despite the quiet location, a 5-minute drive is all it takes to get to the center of Tulln, to various shopping options, or to the local train station, from which a 20-minute train ride is enough to reach the center of Vienna. Living area: The spacious kitchen-living room with a stylish kitchen island and an impressive sliding glass door offers not only modern comforts, but also a direct view of the sparkling lake. Let the harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor spaces enchant you as you relax in this inviting environment. Sleeping area: There are 3 bedrooms available to our guests. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a 180-cm-wide bed and is decorated in a soft pink color. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a 140-cm-wide bed and is decorated in sky-blue tones. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a 100-cm-wide bed and features a clay-plastered interior in sandy tones. Baths: The cottage has a small charming bathroom and is equipped with a (warm) rain shower as well as a separate toilet. Guest access All areas of the house, as well as the garden, are accessible to our guests. The lake is also fully accessible. We only ask that you respect the privacy of other residents. Other things to note Everyday items such as towels, bedding, and toilet paper are already included in the price. There is free Wi-Fi access (more information can be found in the house brochure). Pets are also welcome, provided that cleanliness is maintained. There is a barbecue grill on the terrace, which can be used freely. Parking is also available, for up to 2 cars.
