The entire park area with beautiful old-fashioned, 4.6 hectares is fenced in with a field stone wall. We have a large parking lot on the property. The apartment is very cozy, will appeal to anyone who wants quiet, contact with nature, likes history, long walks. Great commute: 10km from the A2 motorway! Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor, it is locked. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. It has everything you need to prepare a dinner with three dishes. Large spacious closets, a bathroom with a hot tub and light therapy, and a battery-bidet will provide comfort for 4 people. In the bedroom annex double bed 160 cm, in the living room a large sofa bed 160 cm very comfortable for sleeping. We have a large parking lot on the property. We're here to help with our guests. The renovation of the Palace in Chociula has been our family project since 2012, from then on we fell in love with this place and lived in part of it. We've always hosted many guests in our home. Friends and friends loved to come over for tea, long evening conversations, guitar singing, and traditional family cakes. Grono family, friends, and friends grew up, and there were gatherings that were very, very cramped. It was then that the idea of finding a place where encounters with many friends would have happened more often and nothing would hold us back. This idea matured, crystallized in our thoughts, and gained strength for nearly 16 years. At some point, a few years ago, our dreams and imaginations took shape! Today, we're honored to introduce you to a unique place. We dreamed that anyone who would be here, from ourselves, could finally take a deep breath, escape the concrete jungle of noisy cities, and restore peace and inner balance. We invest in this project all our time, energy, and commitment, but above all – soul and heart. We still have a lot of work to do, but today we can invite everyone who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and catch a second breath. At a distance of only 8 km from the Palace there is a picturesque lake near the village of Wilkowo. 15 km from the Palace, in the village of Kalinowo there is an 18-hole golf course, covering 75 hectares, which attracts professionals and golf enthusiasts with its beauty and friendly atmosphere.
