Belle Vue is beautiful stone house situated on a hill with a spectacular view of the valley of the Dordogne. Inside Belle Vue has on the ground floor a large living room with patio doors to the terrace, a large fireplace, a dining area with open kitchen and a bedroom with an private bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds, finally there is a second bathroom. Outside Around the house is a large lawn where you can play football, jeu de boules, badminton or just lay in the sun and enjoy a nice book. For the car (s), there is enough private parking place. From 2022 a nice covered terrace will complete the outside of this lovely holiday house. Surroundings Only five minutes drive to the center of Montignac, where there are many good and cozy restaurants, you can also go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is about 4 km away and also are some shops, cafes, restaurants, and the possibility to play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach where you can swimm. Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the Prehistoric Caves of Lascaux (in Montignac) and the charming medieval town of Sarlat (20 km) with lively markets and summer festivals.
