The villa (170 sqm) equiped with a pool and lies about 1500 m from the beach which is at indian ocean 40 km away form the forrest Shima Hills. It is an exclusive, gated, private estate, which will only be rented to a single person, a couple, a group, or a family. The property is a tropical dream come true, surrounded by colourful bougainvillea. Bananas, papayas, and coconuts are just some of the trees growing in the garden with its singing birds. Everything is wonderfully equipped in an African artistic style that is paired with European luxury. The villa has two bedrooms. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are equiped with ceiling fans and moquito nets. On the upper floor, there is a large living room (65 sqm) overlooking the terrace and the pool. You will also find a separate couch so that the house can accomodate 6 people. On your request the cook can accompany you to the supermarket where you can buy everything that you need to cook delicious meals. He will be at your abundance during your entire stay and is eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible by preparing tasty meals. Our cook is well educated and whether you prefer african or european dishes, these should not be much of challenge for our cook. The cost of living is very low in Kenya. Should you wish particular dishes don't hesistate to articulate your preferences. In Kenya you will generally get healthy and natural organic products which have not been sprayed or processed with chemicals. You will definately enjoy the fresh and unprocessed fruits and vegetables at your abundance. Our staff consists of a cook, a gardener and a house keeper. The staff is at your abundance during your entire stay.
