Located in the heart of the Pays d 'Auge and 45 minutes from the Cote Fleurie (Deauville, Cabourg, Honfleur, etc.), atypical Norman charming house. Located in the countryside, 10 minutes from Saint Pierre sur Dives, our cottage includes 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine for a total of 7 to 8 beds, a living room with a wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Equipment: TV, DVD player, stereo, Wi-Fi, shared garden (with 2 cottages) with table and chairs. Parking inside the property. The space The property is composed of 3 adjoining cottages and a residential house. The large garden with terrace is common to the 3 cottages. We are in a quiet environment, parties are not allowed, please respect your neighbors. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided, but I offer them for an additional fee, as well as the option of cleaning on request if you wish: Bed linen: €5 per bed Towels (1 bath sheets, 1 bath towel and 1 glove): €5 per person Package: €8 per person if you take both (bed linen + towels) Cleaning: €50 If the cleaning is not done, a security deposit withdrawal request will be made. A wellness area with jacuzzi and private sauna is available at extra cost (from €18 per person for 1 hour access) , can accommodate a maximum of 6 people . We also have a massage room (see photos for rates). Please let me know when booking if you want to book an instance. (Massage and spa not available on September 12/13 and October 3/4) We have an electric car charging station, extra charge requested depending on the car. Let me know in advance if needed.
