Cot, highchair & pushchair available. No steps. The space Modern spacious detached cottage overlooking paddocks in Huggate, a rural village in the Yorkshire Wolds, 16 miles from the coast. It is equipped to a high standard and sleeps up to 6 people, and is comprised of; large entrance hall, spacious living room, well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen with breakfast area and ceramic-tiled floor; electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with small freezer, utility room with washer/dryer, conservatory, main bedroom with King bed, en suite shower room, built in wardrobe, hairdryer; second large bedroom with twin beds and plenty of hanging space, bunk room, large bathroom with shower and corner bath, games/reading room; table tennis, exercise bike and a wide selection of books, board games and toys. Duvets, linen and towels are provided. Cot in bunk room (please bring own cot bedding). Guest access Wheelchair access throughout is good being all on one floor. No steps. Other things to note Outside: to the rear and side of the bungalow is a patio and garden backing onto paddocks and children's play are just for this property. Off road car parking to the rear is accessed from Mill Lane for 3 cars. The neighbour across the paddocks is an acupuncture clinic and allergy centre.
