One Ocean Place is an oceanfront residential condominium building in a family friendly neighborhood, we are a great destination for a generational family vacation.

Groups of unrelated singles are subject to owner approval.

ONE OCEAN PLACE 1101! requires a completed signed rental agreement, copy of current photo ID and refundable security deposit. All booking request will receive an electronic rental agreement sent to the email address listed. Rental request expire and subject to cancellation of booking request after 48 hours without completed rental agreement and ID presented.

We suggest guest purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances as host is not a licensed insurance provider.

One Ocean Place has cameras in various locations on the property and inside locked spaces. Dismantling cameras or related camera equipment will result in loss of all monies and immediately vacating property.
