Failure to complete required documentation may result in cancellation or denial of access. -Minimum booking age: 25, booker must be an occupant guest -Maximum occupancy STRICTLY limited to 9 persons total at ANY time, this includes children and visitors. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund, and additional charges of $1000 per unauthorized guests -No parties, events, or unauthorized guests -Strict no smoking/no vaping property -Strict no-pet property. Hot tub cover must be secured and locked when not being used. No glass, oils, sand or additives permitted. Excessive contamination requiring draining/refilling will result in additional charges.
