The spacious compound consists of 2 separate houses joined by a common courtyard and surrounded by multi level stone walls, terraces and gardens. The house is centrally located between Ikaria's north and south sides, 8 km from Seychelles Beach / Magganitis Village and 8 km from the port of Evdilos. Nearby to the house one can visit the Castle of Koskinas, Ranti Forest and Raos Hutra Cave. The Villa has been carefully renovated using only local and natural materials such as stone, wood and plaster. The decoration and furnishing were done with elegant and traditional objects of historical and cultural importance. The 2 houses are connected to each other but at the same time they are autonomous and independent with separate entrances. Each one has its own kitchen and bathroom with hydromassage.
