Immediately behind the lake is a forest that invites you to go for a walk. Only about 1km away is the highest elevation of Schleswig-Holstein, the Bungsberg. The Baltic Sea beaches Grömitz, Neustadt, Hohewacht and Weißenhäuser beach can be reached in only about 15-20 minutes. In Neustadt, action-lovers as well as families with children get their money's worth in the Hansapark, the largest outdoor park in Schleswig-Holstein.  In the semi-detached house is a large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom with double bed and another with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower. Parking is available in front of the house.
