It has 4 rooms, a large hallway, kitchen with living area and 2 bathrooms. A special feature is the large screened and covered terrace area. The space The entire living space is on the ground floor and the entrance area is generously covered plus privacy fences (newly built). Here you can spend your evenings together in a very harmonious and private atmosphere. In the apartment there is (NEW) a children's play corner with a wide range of play utensils, and not only for the very little ones. You will be surprised! Also on the outdoor area, more play facilities are currently being installed in 2025 (small lookout tower, play house, teepee tent) for children (adults). And a jungle path for children; however, this may only be entered if accompanied by an experienced gamekeeper, because of the many wild animals. And on the north side of the property you can see the large ships (superstructures) on the Elbe and at night it seems that entire blocks of houses are plowing through the land. Looks almost unreal. You can cycle wonderfully here; everything is flat as a pancake, so to speak. Directly along the canal to Otterndorf / Elbe; and if you are in good shape, also further to Cuxhaven. As I said, everything is flat, but you have to expect a headwind, on the North Sea coast there is always (almost) a fresh breeze. In Otterndorf there is a bike rental. Fishing is possible in the immediate vicinity (canal); via the Internet day passes can be purchased online. The Hadelner Canal is a good place to swim, the water is very clean. Take a night hike along the canal, on a starry night and you will experience it a little.
