Just 1.5 km from the center of Signy-le-Petit and minutes from the Belgian border, drop off your bags and let the charm work. The space Living area: A cozy living room with an authentic wood-burning stove. Imagine yourself by the fire after a walk in the forest (we can provide you with a wood kit on request). 🏠 The Accommodation in detail Equipped kitchen: Everything you need to prepare good meals: fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, mini oven, kettle, toaster and even a raclette machine for your friendly evenings! Sleeping arrangements (3 bedrooms): Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 1 double bed (140 x 190) Bedroom 2 (Ground floor): 2 single beds Bedroom 3 (Mezzanine): 1 double bed (140 x 190) Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with bathtub to relax and separate toilet. Relaxation & Work: Free Wi-Fi (broadband allowing 4 simultaneous screens), ideal for teleworking or streaming. Smart TV. Exterior & Leisure: Private terrace: Garden furniture and barbecue available for your breakfasts in the sun or your grills. ✨ THE "TRUST CONTRACT" (ZERO CLEANING FEES) We have chosen not to charge you a cleaning fee to ensure the fairest price. 🤝 The principle: We entrust you with an impeccable cottage, and you return it as clean as when you arrived. It is thanks to this collaboration and respect for each other that we can maintain this free service! Everything you need (vacuum cleaner, broom, cleaning products) is available in the cottage. 🎁 Special access to Camping services (Offered) By staying with us, you benefit from free access to the facilities of the adjoining campsite (open from April to September): indoor swimming pool, playgrounds and entertainment. Please note: These services are managed completely independently by the Domaine de la Motte campsite. Although we fund this access for your enjoyment, we cannot be held responsible for the technical management (water temperature, opening hours) or the quality of the catering services (snack/bar). Thank you for not impacting the rating of our cottage for elements outside our accommodation that we do not control. 🐾 Our animal friends We welcome your companions with pleasure (maximum 2). To ensure the comfort and health of all (especially those with allergies), we ask that you strictly respect these rules: - No pets allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs. Please provide their own basket. - As cleaning is your responsibility, we count on you to eliminate all traces of hair or odors before your departure. ⚠️ In case of non-compliance (presence of hair in the bedding or on the furniture), a specific cleaning fee of €50 will be charged. Guest access Self check-in with key box. The code is communicated to you from 3 p.m. Parking is prohibited on lawns. Parking lots are located near the cottages. Check-out must be no later than 11 a.m. Other things to note The wifi code for the gîte will be communicated to you on request via Airbnb messaging. Upon checkout, sheets and towels must be removed and placed near the stove in the large room. The property must be returned in order. The radiators must be turned off and the refrigerator must be lowered to 1.
