Year of construction: 2000, renovation 2019 (kitchen, floors, laundry and sauna facilities, furniture and bed linen, and painted surfaces) 3 balconies; 2 on the front slope and 1 in the yard. Child gate on the stairs. Washing machine and ski storage room in the adjacent A-building. No pets. No smoking. The space The apartment was completely renovated in October 2019. All surfaces, furniture and appliances are new and in good condition. The equipment includes a high-quality kitchen, a cozy living room, a fireplace and three balconies. The property is especially suitable for families and groups who appreciate cleanliness, their own peace and easy access to Levi's slopes and center. Guest access The apartment has a keypad lock on the front door and no separate keys are required. The concierge service will automatically send the door code on the day of your stay, when the apartment has been cleaned and is ready for your stay (no later than 5 pm). Other things to note The apartment has a folder with instructions for using household appliances, sauna and other equipment. NOTE: Linen and towels are always provided to all guests before the start of the stay.
