The House on the River – Le Relais Des Amis

Situated on the bank of the River Orne, in the heart of the 'Suisse Normandie' Our Fully Renovated Cottage is in the centre of the Picturesque Village of Pont D'Ouilly. Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River. The space The Cottage has been fully renovated in 2020, with new Kitchen and Bathrooms fitted, as well as new flooring throughout and furniture. Within the Garden there is a charcoal BBQ and private seating area Parking is available on site. If you are arriving in more than one car, additional cars can be parked on the pavement/ layby opposite the house. Parking is free in the village. All Bedding and Towels are washed in Non Biological powder New for 2025 there is a pellet burner installed in the lounge. Please note, the first bag of pellets is provided only between October and March. Guest access The Gite has a private seating area with views to the river and charcoal BBQ area with additional seating Other things to note please note, the property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. unfortunately - For my insurance purposes it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles (excluding electric bike chargers) from the property, using domestic plugs. There are 2 car charging points in the village, opposite the church, located 300 metres away.
