Guest access We can be flexible with check-in/check-out times depending on our reservation schedule. With advanced notice we can provide additional amenities including: --queen size air mattress --a pack n play --mini-crib --light-weight stroller --toddler bed rails --toddler toilet seat --newborn/infant bath tub --miscellaneous baby/toddler supplies (just ask us, we probably have it!) Other things to note We allow up to two guests in the studio with no extra charge. Each guest after two will incur an extra guest charge as follows: - adult guest > 12 years old = $50/night - child guest > 5 years old = $25/night - infants/toddlers < 5 years old = no charge Please be aware the perimeter of the property is monitored by 24 hour security cameras. The backyard patio is shared space between main house guests and studio guest.
