King Suite Steps from the Beach w/ Parking

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio. In the heart of the Condado neighborhood. As soon as you walk out the front door you are immediately immersed in the lively energy of Puerto Rico. It's steps from the beach and the neighborhood is filled with delicious restaurants and great bars. Please keep in mind the parking provided is not in the building. It is one block away at the Marriott Hotel. The space -King Size bed -Work space -Living space with 55" inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) -Fully equipped kitchen(smoothie maker, blender, rice maker, Coffee maker, airfryer, pots and pans) - Fully Stocked Bathroom (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand soap, Blow Dryer, Curling Iron, Flat Iron, Bath Towels, Beach Towels) -Parking provided is not in the building. It is one block away at the Marriott Hotel. Need to pick up pass from apartment then head back to garage :) Other things to note Please keep in mind when booking that the parking garage is one block away and you have to stop by the apartment building first to pick up the parking pass and then drive to parking garage. Also pass needs to be back in storage box at 11am checkout unless I am able to work something out with timings :)
