But only 10 minutes drive in to Norwich City Centre and 30 minutes to tons of beaches from Suffolk to Norfolk. Guest access Roughly 50sqm per barn with parking bay and patio garden plus use of grounds including a picnic area, playground, lakeside path and decking areas.
