The flat is a self-contained one bedroom first floor apartment located in the quiet and picturesque village of Durley. It is above the garage block beside the owners' property situated on the first floor, accessed via its own front door. Durley is only 10 minutes from junction 7 of the M27, or 15 minutes from the M3 and a great central location situated roughly halfway between the cities of Southampton and Winchester yet only 30 minutes from the New Forest. The space The kitchen has all the basic appliances including kettle, toaster, induction hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave and utensils. Breakfast for your entire stay will be in the property upon arrival eg. orange/apple juice, porridge, cereals, milk, bread, jam, marmalade, coffee, tea, sugar. We will not enter the space during your stay unless there is a fault or emergency. Should you need anything additional please just message us. Kingsize bedroom with wardrobes/shelving, desk, TV, hair dryer and plenty of storage space. Small ironing board, iron, drying rack. There is secure parking for 2 vehicles on site and cycle/boat storage is also available. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the patio area beneath the apartment during summer months but is stored away in the winter. The bathroom is fitted with a high pressure shower, sink and WC. Toiletries are supplied. Guest access Through the front door there is a small hall with downstairs WC. A twisting staircase takes you up to the apartment on the first floor. Parking is available on the hard standing adjacent to the rear garage doors. Other things to note Unfortunately we are not within walking distance of shops.
