The Sonne family house, which was completely renovated in 2019, is located in the "Prorer Wiek" between the health resort of Sassnitz and the Baltic Sea resort of Binz in the quiet district of Dubnitz, directly on the Rügen cycle path, making it an ideal starting point for cycling tours on the island, hikes, etc. The holiday home has two terraces, a large garden, and numerous sports and play facilities (*contact info removed*). During the ecological renovation, care was taken to avoid allergens and chemicals. The floors are made of limed natural wood planks or are tiled. The walls are painted exclusively with chalk paint. Pets are not allowed (allergy-friendly, cleanliness). Smoking is only allowed outside the buildings on the terraces. The ground floor is completely barrier-free – parking, entrance, living area with sofa bed, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, shower, toilet, both terraces barrier-free. The house has two bedrooms. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the spacious living room with a semi-open kitchen. The large bathroom is on the ground floor, and there is an additional small bathroom/WC on the upper floor. The living room is equipped with a TV, a small hi-fi system with CD, Bluetooth, Aux, and radio (FM and DAB digital) The fireplace and underfloor heating provide cosy warmth for the cooler months of the year. The modern fitted kitchen, installed in 2019, includes a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, a ceramic hob with four variable cooking zones and an extractor hood, as well as a fridge with a freezer compartment. The kitchen equipment also includes a coffee machine, 2 additional coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle, as well as a wide range of other kitchen utensils, cutlery and dishes for at least 9 people. The well-equipped bedrooms, each with a large double bed and an additional pull-out double bed, offer a high level of sleeping comfort for 4 adults each, with excellent mattresses. Restful tranquillity – even for those who like to sleep with the window open and protected from insects. There is plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and on the shelf. The beds are already made when you arrive, and towels are provided. (1 linen package includes: pillow, duvet cover, sheet, bath towel, hand towel and foot towel). Children up to 6 years of age stay free of charge. The linen package for children up to 6 years of age is not included and can be booked for an additional €20. Parking spaces are located right by the house. You can park your own bicycles in the workshop. However, 6 bicycles are available (including 2 children's bicycles for 5–8-year-olds *contact info removed* years). Important information: The booking price includes a deposit of €300, which will be refunded after a damage-free check-out.
