The school was restored with great respect for its story and converted into a very tasteful holiday home with comfort and design as ingredients. Guest access The old village school was converted into one vacation home. As a guest, you will receive the key to the front door of the school. You bring your own sheets and covers (for duvets). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed either. There is parking in front of the school. We are as flexible as possible when it comes to arrival and departure times. It is rightly a protected landscape. It is the living and foraging area for many meadow and predatory birds. There are always harriers, field owls, buzzards, blue and white herons to be spotted. The many ditches and small canals that cross the area often harbor surprising fauna and flora. In Lampernisse, there is still darkness. So dark that the lapwings call before bed to let everyone know they're still there. At dusk, you can see owls circling above the playground and the meadows, ready to leave for their nocturnal hunt.
