Tranquil Cove Lake House

Nestled in the trees, overlooking the Dingley Islands, this beautiful lake house sits on the edge of Sebago Lake in Kettle Cove. With 200 ft. of lake frontage and private dock with a mooring. Bring a boat, take out a kayak or gather on the large wrap-around deck to enjoy the view. Original hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and updated decor. On the grounds you'll find 100 year old rosary paths that weave throughout this 1 acre property. Come stay and create memories that will last a lifetime. The space Upon arrival, you will enter the top floor of the home. With breathtaking views, the main living space hosts the great room, mid-century fireplace, kitchen, half bath and access to the large wrap-around deck. Off the great room is the private king master bedroom with stunning views of the lake. The master bath has a beautiful glass block walk in shower. Downstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms with a queen, full and two twin beds. They share a full bath with shower and bathtub. Play some games or watch TV in the family room complete with wet bar and mini fridge. From this room you will find access to the laundry room, the outdoor shower and the lake. Comfortably dine outside on the bunkhouse patio, relax in the hammock under the deck, suntan on the landing or dock and spend the evening roasting marshmallows around the fire pit down by the lake. We have two kayaks, a canoe and all the necessary lifejackets for guests to use. We also have water shoes! Guest access Guests will park in the large 4 car driveway. Parking on the nearby streets is prohibited. No trailers please. Other things to note The home and property are not child proof and it is up to the parents to ensure their safety.
