On the doorstep of Ile de France, close to all amenities by car and on a beautiful one-hectare property, we welcome you to "L'Argillière", a 4-star independent cottage. Many activities are available: swimming pool, tennis, ping pong... It's an ideal place for families with children. The space Ideally located 10 minutes from Dreux, 1/4 hour from Anet, Saint Rémy sur Avre, Cherisy... This accommodation will be perfect for travelers for a tourist stay and sports activities, also during the week for people on internships, training, business travelers and also families with children. On weekdays, we do not accept stays of less than 3 nights. For your safety, the property is completely enclosed, several vehicles can park there. The cleaning fee also includes the laundry fee since sheets are provided. For your comfort the beds will be made, so you won't need to do anything when you arrive! Towels are not provided. Regarding the pool: - The property's swimming pool is shared and will be available to our guests from May to September. (Pool access package €35 per booking during the week, included in the weekend rate and July and August) The pool is equipped with a heat pump Opening hours are: 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. every day for our guests. In addition to the swimming pool and tennis, many on-site leisure activities are offered: ping pong, playground for children, badminton, various outdoor games... but also nearby: greenway 27 km of walking or cycling, Dreux state forests (possibility of walking or cycling), botanical trail, canoeing, paintball, equestrian center, Ecluzelles nautical center, golf, karting, Western Parisian car circuit... Depending on the season, you can pick and enjoy nuts, pick cherries or bite into an apple in the orchard... Guest access Within the property, you will find: Outdoor table and chairs, Forest picnic tables in the park, Barbecue (charcoal not included) Laundry room with washer and dryer, free for week-long stays (common to cottages) - laundry not included Outdoor games to share: Boulodrome Ping-pong Children's playground ... Other things to note Regarding the pool: - Swimming is unsupervised - Swimming is not allowed for children not accompanied by an adult - Pool treatment is chlorine - Size: 8m x 4m - Depth: 1m20 to 2m - A charter will need to be signed upon your arrival in order to be able to access the pool - The pool is shared with the other gîtes, but an exclusive time slot of one and a half hours per day is possible if you wish.
