The approx. 40 m² Bergblick flat is perfect for 2 to 3 people and has its own staircase, entrance hall and storage room. It offers a large, comfortable living room with a cosy sofa bed and a large flatscreen TV. The spacious kitchenette is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle and a filter coffee machine. There is also a cosy dining area with a fabulous view of the mountains. A bedroom with two beds and a balcony with breathtaking views leave nothing to be desired. The outside area of the flat has a balcony with garden furniture and awning, inviting you to linger. The garden is of course also accessible to our guests and offers a marvellous opportunity to enjoy the surrounding mountains in peace. The marvellous view of the Tennengebirge and the Karkogel, Abtenau's local mountain, is a highlight that will take your breath away. Our location is unbeatably central and yet surrounded by soothing tranquillity, as our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Picturesque hiking routes start right on the doorstep.
