Quiet neighborhood with very little traffic due to no thru streets and gated entrance. Easy access to all things outdoor including alpine and Nordic skiing (easy 23 mile drive to Mt. Bachelor and 20 min to Virginia Meisner), ice skating, hiking, camping, mountain biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, floating the river, golfing, fishing........
