La Tuilerie : a charming and cosy cottage

Our very comfortable cottage located between Villé (Alsace) and Saint-Dié-des-vosges will allow you to enjoy Alsace and Vosges. We are classified 5 ears at Gite de France Vosges The space It is a characterful residence with 4 parking spaces, an enclosed courtyard, a garage, a 115m2 terrace with barbecue, a kota grill, a Nordic bath and a sauna. Inside, 5 bedrooms, a TV lounge, a large dining room, a bathroom, a shower room, 2 independent toilets, a laundry room (with large capacity washing machine and dryer, ironing table and iron) , a veranda adjoining the kitchen with views of the small fish pond and the wooded and fenced park of nearly 70 ares! The park is also bordered by a first category river. A large playground, as well as a picnic and campfire area, await young and old at the back of the park. A Kota Grill found a place in the garden! Decorated in a Nordic atmosphere, it comfortably accommodates 12 people for memorable "grill" evenings! Inside everything was provided for your comfort: large beds, very neat decoration, many board games, DVDs, two 107 cms TV screens, dvd hifi channels, wifi, beautiful books etc. The beds are made on arrival and linens are provided. Outside, a boules track, trampoline, sandbox, pingpong table, meadow with soccer goals, and volleyball/badminton net, archery gear await young and old... Cleaning can be done by tenants or done by us for the sum of 100 euros.
