Private drive to main house and plenty of parking space right outside the apartment. Ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds. The space Dogs welcome. 1 Acre+ Garden is fenced off all round but human rather than animal proof so if they are liable to chasing critters (deer, fox, pheasant, rabbit, squirrels) then consider a long lead! You also have access to a 7 acre paddock. Old rescue horses occasionally present so please consider the lead in the paddock - you know your dog best. The apartment benefits from a shower room and toilet accessible from the main living space and a large en-suite toilet & bath from the bedroom. Full self-catering facilities with oven/hob/microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils. Generous lounge area with digital HDTV (all free to air channels), leather sofas (providing second double bed) and double height picture window maintaining the view. The apartment has a couple of steps to access but is otherwise on one level. No washing machine but just ask your hosts if you have the need, we'll be happy to help. Guest access You'll have your own terrace with table and two chairs accessible from french doors. Beyond, a large grassed garden (shared with hosts and any other guests) and a paddock beyond that. Other things to note Amazon FireTV provided, so as long as you have your own netflix/prime etc. account you can watch streaming services on the TV.
