The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! The space On approx. 120 square meters there is a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom (modern with barrier-free shower, towel dryer and underfloor heating, (individually adjustable)), fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee pod machine, kettle, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. In addition, after a renovation in winter 21/22, there is now also a washing machine. In the cozy living-dining room there is a fireplace for cozy evenings, a large dining table and there is a couch, TV (internet-enabled), as well as access to the maritime conservatory and from there to the large wooden terrace outside (with umbrella and garden furniture, grill), enclosed garden area overlooking the horse pastures ;) Upstairs is a cozy room with a double bed and another single bed, additional seating and a small desk. Wi-Fi is available. In addition, there are books (also for children), board games and outdoor maps of the area and reading (travel guides) with excursion destinations. Guest access Dear holiday guests, The vacation home is a self-contained complete house that is available to you for exclusive use for the duration of your stay. The connecting passage between the vacation home and our house is closed. Other things to note Since there is still a stable with horses and a cat on the property, the hostess has to pass by the cottage (front entrance) several times a day to get to the stable building. The garden and conservatory are unaffected.
