The Red Door Flat

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front. The space Everything is quite new in this ground floor studio apartment. There is another apartment on the 1st floor called The Grey Door Flat. The two apartments can be booked together. 4 people can stay upstairs and 2 people downstairs in this apartment. We live ground floor ( under Grey Door Flat) in a totally separated 3rd flat so always here to help with any problems and answer every questions. We can offer one parking space/apartment for guests on the driveway. Free parking on the street. There are security cameras only in front checking driveway and front door! Please note there is a roundabout of A453 almost in front of the property and traffic can be heard inside. Some light sleeper previous guests complained about the noise but the majority of guests didn’t care not even mentioned. Please do not book if you think the flat is not suitable for your short stay! The flat is not in the always busy city centre also not in the quiet woods 😊 Good location though and you can easily get to town in few minutes by car. There is a bus stop in 1 minute walk. Tram stop is at South Church Drive which is about 6-8min walk. Trent Uni is about 5minutes walk. East Midlands Airport is 10-15 minutes by car.
