Modern, cozy 3-room apartment in Middle Franconia

Our apartment is centrally located to the cities of Ansbach and Nuremberg/Fürth as well as the Franconian Lake District. It is the ideal starting point for your eventful family vacation. (e.g., PLAYMOBIL Funpark, pony rides, alpaca trekking tours, PALM BEACH adventure pool, and Nuremberg's Old Town and Tiergarten). Weekend visitors and business travelers, e.g., for the Nuremberg trade fairs, are also welcome. The space The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-family house. All rooms are well equipped. The kitchen of course has a dishwasher, a microwave and a combined refrigerator-freezer. The spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub also has a double vanity with a base and a large mirrored cabinet. Our area is rural. Animals (dairy cattle and chickens) are kept in the immediate vicinity. Animal noises can therefore not be ruled out. However, the apartment has triple-glazed windows that, when closed, keep out any noise very well. In the districts, there are many farm shops with agricultural (organic) products. In the village itself, there is a cheese dairy, and at the farm next door, there is a 24-hour food vending machine. You can also tap fresh cow's milk there for breakfast. There is extensive information material for excursions in the apartment. It invites you to go on cycling, hiking and city tours. It is best to start your activities from one of the three surrounding train stations. Free parking is available everywhere. Other things to note We are particularly fond of "little guests." Children bring life into the house and they are always welcome here.
