Two cozy bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds offer restful sleep for families or friends. The spacious bathroom has a rain shower and a bathtub for relaxing breaks. In addition, a separate guest toilet is available. A special highlight is the private Finnish sauna from RUKU in the alpine hut in the garden – exclusively for our guests. On the sunny terrace with garden furniture and loungers, you can enjoy quiet hours after a day at the lake or in the mountains. The spa park with a large meadow is located directly across the street, and Lake Tegernsee is only a few minutes' walk away. Restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities are also very close by. Guest access During your stay, you will enjoy the apartment, the fenced garden and the Finnish sauna in the alpine hut in complete privacy and exclusivity. For additional convenience, your own washer-dryer is available in the laundry room. A lockable basement compartment offers ample space for suitcases, ski and bicycle equipment. Bicycles can be safely stored and charged in the bicycle room.
