Swallow Barn, Erpingham

Swallow Barn is a self-contained wing of our home. It is clean and comfortable but not luxurious and priced accordingly. We use it for our friends and family and as holiday accommodation. It comprises a large bedsit, a separate kitchen with full sized oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and ceramic hob, a large bathroom with an over-bath shower, a small second bedroom with a 3" divan, a hallway and its own front door. We are in a good location for visiting the coast and NT properties nearby. The space The main room is a large bedsit, with a double bed at one end, dining table, chairs, television and armchairs at the other. There is a separate small bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. A doorway linking our home and the property is sound-proofed and can be locked from either side. There is plenty of parking. Guest access We have a large wild-life friendly garden and orchard which you are welcome to share. There is an unfenced wildlife pond at the end of our garden, a good distance from the house. A foot path runs along one boundary of our property and across the field behind us. Other things to note We have a very friendly toy poodle . He won't trouble you at all, but if you are allergic to dogs this may not be the property for you, although in general poodles are hypoallergenic. Other dogs may have stayed in the property at other times.
