Quietly located directly by the forest, this cozy accommodation offers the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling, climbing or motorcycle tours in the beautiful Weser-Berg-Land. With direct connection to the B64, it is easy and quick to reach, yet a real retreat in nature. A modern and comfortably equipped living room in a historic ambiance awaits you. The space The cozy attic apartment was completely renovated in 2019. There is a bedroom with a double bed, crib and sofa bed. In the open living room, there is another sofa bed and a single bed. So you can stay with up to 7 people in the apartment. The house has a large garden, which invites you to barbecue. You can enter it directly from the spacious terrace. The terrace is covered, so you can enjoy the view of the countryside even in the rain. On request, we will fence the garden for our four-legged visitors. So please let us know in advance if we should fence the garden. For larger groups there is also the possibility to camp in the garden - for this we charge €10/person per day. Guest access You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. The house has its own entrance, a second door leads directly to the terrace and into the large garden. In the house there are also some adjoining rooms such as a heating room and a storage room, which have separate entrances, so that you as a guest are completely undisturbed. Other things to note Since the apartment is located on the upper floor, it can only be reached in the house via a staircase. Some dogs have trouble going over the steps. However, there is a path around the house, so you can also bring the animals into the house via the terrace.
