Located on the perimeter of the archaeological sites of the old town of Tipasa, 130 meters from the largest beach in the region and 600 meters from the city center, and 400 meters from shops and restaurants. The space - One bedroom with a king-size double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, ironing board and iron. - A second bedroom with 3 beds + bedside tables. - A living room with sofa bed (armchair, TV) + balcony. - Kitchen equipped with everything you need for a stay as if at home (coffee machine or Italian press, microwave, stove, etc.) - A bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. All are provided with hair dryer, paper and towels. - 30,000 liter water tank. Guest access The building has two levels, the first is occupied by the owner, whose presence is permanent for the key handover. The second floor is reserved for guests. Other things to note 1-Algerian couples must present a marriage certificate or family record book. 2- Illicit substances prohibited. 3-Only people registered in the reservation can sleep on site, unless previously agreed by the host for outside visitors. 4-Arrival and departure times: - Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. (unless requested). - Check-out: before 11 a.m. (unless requested). - Luggage drop-off possible before check-in or after check-out, on request. 5- Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors between 11:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. 6-A camera at the entrance to ensure the safety of the home and compliance with the rules, as well as other cameras outside the home for surveillance.
