Rural apartment with Style near Hannover Airport

This apartment is situated 22 km away from the center of Hanover and only 13 km from Hanover airport. It has a separate fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer , separate bathroom, and use of a garden and terrace. It has its own entrance for maximum privacy. Public transport is a 5 minute walk away. The space The apartment itself is 55 m2 and is equipped with a brand new modern and separate kitchen with refrigerator and freezer as well as a separate bath. In the kitchen you can find all cooking utensils and devices needed to make your stay homey: Miele washing machine and dryer and an induction stove, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and dishes, a Nespresso Machine and a cozy place to eat for two. An iron and ironing board and a place to hang your hand laundry are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, urinal and a WC. You will be provided with towels, and extra sets of linens so you don´t need to bring them with you. If you feel the need to relax after an exhausting day, you can choose to watch one of the many TV satellite channels available; drink something while sitting in the idyllic garden or enjoy some amazing delicacies in one of the many Restaurants of the region. You will be able to sleep very comfortably in the 200X200 cm king size bed. The living room is furnished with very special antiques and it has space for up to 4 guests in case you decide to invite somebody for lunch/dinner. The building or house is supported with glass fiber (glasfaser). Guest access It has access and use of a beautiful garden and terrace. Note that the apartment does not have direct access to the terrace. Guest must walk around the house. Free parking is included and you can unload your groceries and luggage right near your door. Other things to note We are open to discuss longer rentals beyond one month.
